Examination & Treatment Procedure

National Medical ™ physicians are located throughout the United States. Our local physician, licensed in the state where the patient resides, conducts a prior physical examination, performs a clinical assessment, and obtains a medical indication before the issuance of any prescription for medication to any National Medical ™ patient. This process applies to all National Medical ™ treatment programs described on this site.

About National Medical Clinic

National Medical Clinic, Inc.™ (NMC), also known as National Medical™, is a national patient medical services management organization providing a national organization of licensed physicians in several states that provide excellent medical care to patients located in their respective states. The number of states included in this medical services network increases as additional physicians from new states agree to participate in providing medical services to individuals who seeking medical treatments with the assistance of National Medical Clinic, Inc.. Each participating physician is licensed to practice medicine in the state where their primary medical office is located. Some physicians may be licensed to practice medicine in multiple states. All National Medical Clinic, Inc. member physicians require that their patients undergo a physical examination, clinical assessment and diagnosis with regard to a medical complaint prior to prescribing an indicated treatment.

Controlled substance prescription drugs are not prescribed to National Medical Clinic, Inc. patients by member physicians, except for testosterone medication prescribed by some physicians some office locations. NMC member physicians prescribe testosterone for legitimate medical purposes pursuant to a valid prescription issued following the physician’s in-person evaluation of the patient and patient’s laboratory blood test report in the usual course of professional practice.

National Medical physicians determine each patient’s complaint, obtain the patient’s medical history, assess the patient’s physical exam findings in their clinical assessment of the patient and prescribe indicated medical treatment.. Today, National Medical Clinic™ medical services are provided in many states within the United States. A patient may register, enroll and pay a medical retainer fee to NMC by telephone. After telephone registration and enrollment, a patient is referred by NMC to a physician for evaluation and indicated treatment. In the event that a National Medical™ physician to whom a patient is referred declines to issue a prescribed medical treatment sought by a patient, funds paid by the patient towards the purchase of the requested medical treatment in the form of a medical retainer fee at the time of enrollment are refunded to the patient less the fees incurred in the process of securing the physician’s evaluation.
